JOB SUMMARY:
The session supervisor will be responsible for making decisions for the overall operation of the bingo sessions, following the bingo ordinance and all management policies and procedures. Will supervise and be responsible for all session workers with the exception of the Inventory Control Technician.
JOB DUTIES:
1. Ensure all scheduled associates are present for each session, and each section is adequately
staffed.
2. Ensure all preparations for each session are complete prior to doors opening.
3. Ensure all jobs are completed during each session.
4. Ensure all clean up duties are complete before associates are dismissed for the day.
5. Ensure that Bingo floor sales employees maintain accuracy. Monitor departmental sales,
shortages and overages.
6. Report in writing any and all changes needed in staff, supplies, and equipment from session
to session.
7. Submit a written weekly sales report.
8. Report in writing any personnel problems, reconciliation concerns, etc., on a weekly basis.
9. Coordinate with busing on expected guests.
10. Maintain attendance and variance records.
11. Attend and/or conduct interviews for prospective employees.
12. Ensure proper training is conducted with new employees.
13. Make recommendations regarding personnel matters for individuals supervised.
14. Responsible for the daily reconciliation of records of all cashiers, pull tab clerks, floor
sales and sales clerk.
15. Ensure a fair and safe game for customers.
16. Keeps all progressive game totals accurate and in accordance with the WinnaVegas ordinance.
17. Fill out reports for W2G forms.
18. Completes all trainee probationary, and annual evaluations on a timely basis.
19. Must attend all meetings and/or training as directed by management.
20. All other duties assigned.
21. Count and verify returned inventory from matinee and evening books used on the previous
day. Quality control of paper used on the floor on a daily basis.

Possesses authority needed to accomplish 1 – 21 above.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or GED required.
2. Comprehensive computer skills.
- Previous money handling experience preferred.
- Must have excellent communication, presentation and mathematical skills.
- Must be able to interact successfully with associates and guests
- Good organizational and clerical skills required.
- Must be able to obtain gaming license.
- Bi-cultural experience preferred.
- Native American preference.
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT
1. Must have a telephone.
2. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs
3. Must have the ability to make decisions on own in stressful and emergency situations.
4. Must be able to withstand a smoky environment for extended periods of time, with direct exposure to secondhand smoke.
