The successful candidate will support upstream and/or downstream bioprocess operations in a GMP-regulated environment, operate automated production systems, and complete electronic documentation to ensure compliant, reliable production.Responsibilities:Execute routine manufacturing assignments per written procedures, recognizing and escalating deviations from accepted practices.Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.Weigh and verify raw materials in accordance with specifications.Assemble, clean, and sterilize process equipment and monitor process performance.Complete electronic work instructions and maintain cleanroom compliance with regulatory requirements.Operate production equipment in assigned areas. Upstream examples include media formulation equipment, glass washers, dispensary, bioreactors, and harvest equipment. Downstream examples include buffer systems, glass washers, chromatography skids, membrane operations, and column packing skids.Use process automation systems such as DeltaV, Syncade, and OSI/PI Historian, and supporting business systems such as SAP, TrackWise, and Maximo.Guide less experienced personnel to ensure adherence to SOPs and electronic work instructions.Assist with validation activities, complex investigations, and special projects.Draft and revise process documents and support routine process investigations.Assist in review of batch records and exception reports with Quality representatives.Promote area initiatives related to work safety and compliance.Support a culture of continual improvement focused on process, equipment, and safety.Work Arrangement & Schedule:100% onsite.Shift rotation: 3 days on (Sat, Sun, Mon), 2 days off (Tues, Wed), 2 days on (Thurs, Fri), 3 days off (Sat to Mon).Holidays and weekends as scheduled.Required Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, biochemistry, or related discipline is desired but not required.1+ years of process operations experience in a highly automated biotechnology manufacturing facility under GMP regulations.Strong knowledge of upstream and/or downstream unit operations.Working knowledge of GMP and SOPs with accurate electronic documentation practices.Proficiency with common computer tools including word processing, spreadsheets, and web applications.Demonstrated teamwork with collaborative results and shared accountability.Attention to detail and personal accountability in regulated operations.Effective interpersonal skills.
