Job Title: Warehouse Material Handler
Location: Deerfield, MO
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Starts at 7:00 AM - 5:00PM Mon-Friday
Summary of the Role:The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for efficiently moving, loading, and storing products and materials to support production and shipping operations. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Move pallets of finished goods into storage racks and load them onto shuttle and long-distance trailers.
• Receiving and Inventory Management: Unload inbound trailers of ingredients and packaging, storing materials accurately in the Warehouse Management System.
• Production Support: Supply production lines with required materials such as ingredients, roll stock, pallets, slip sheets, and stretch film.
• Palletizer Relief: Assist palletizer operators as needed during shifts.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety and operational standards.
• General Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors to support operations.

Required Skills:

• Material Handling Experience: Previous warehouse or inventory management experience preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in receiving, storing, and supplying materials.
• Team Player: Collaborate with other departments to meet production and shipping goals.
• Organization Skills: Maintain accurate records and ensure materials are properly stored.

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $17.63 per hour
