Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and maintain qualifications for aseptic activities.
- Produce, formulate, and bank cellular products, adhering to GMP, GDP, and aseptic processing standards.
- Assist in writing GMP-required documents, including SOPs and batch production records.
- Support validation efforts related to manufacturing processes.
- Engage in all manufacturing activities, including raw material support and cell culture.
- Maintain clean room standards and behaviors.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Capability to work in a clean room environment with potential exposure to hazardous materials.
- Strong algebraic math skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferences:
- Associate degree in a scientific field.
- Zero to 1 year of experience in biotech or cell therapy.
- Completion of Charles River's internship program may be considered in lieu of experience.
