Biomed Tech-Crestwood Medical Center-Biomedical-FT-1st shift

Overview:

Perform installation, calibration and preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of complex medical and electronic hospital equipment.

Qualifications:

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

 

Education: 

HS/GED.  Associate's degree strongly preferred from an accredited college or university in Biomedical Engineering, Physics and/or Engineering.  Related work experience may substitute for a technical degree.

 

Experience:

Requires seven years of experience on biomedical equipment in a hospital environment.

 

Additional Skills/Abilities: 

1. Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
2. Ability to use assorted power and hand tools.
3. Knowledge of safety codes.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.
