A day in the life

You arrive to a clean, organized production floor and review the day’s work instructions. You set up the equipment, confirm materials meet standards, and begin a series of precise assembly and fitting tasks. Throughout your shift, you check parts before and after assembly, keep your area spotless, and coordinate with teammates to hit department goals—all while staying on pace and adapting to shifting priorities. Before you wrap up, you document results and prepare the next run so the team can keep moving smoothly Monday through Thursday.

What you'll do

• Operate production machinery to assemble, fit, and prepare biotech products
• Inspect materials and components before and after assembly to ensure quality standards
• Collaborate with the team to achieve department objectives
• Follow oral and written specifications and work instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workstation and warehouse area
• Take on additional tasks as assigned

What you’ll bring

• Recent, relevant hands-on work experience
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Two professional references
• Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the day
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Solid basic math skills
