We are on the lookout for friendly, energetic, and dependable Crew & Customer Service Team Members who are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. In this fast-paced environment, you will greet guests, take orders, prepare drinks, and deliver outstanding service, all while helping to foster the welcoming atmosphere that sets BIRDCODE apart. This role primarily focuses on Front of House tasks, but you will also receive cross-training throughout the restaurant, including kitchen operations, ensuring a well-rounded experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with friendly, professional service.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions.
• Prepare beverages and package orders for dine-in and takeout.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room and front counter.
• Learn kitchen responsibilities through cross-training.
• Support teammates during busy periods.
• Help deliver an outstanding guest experience every shift.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to learn every position in the restaurant.
• Weekend availability required.
• Restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
