Join the opening team at BIRDCODE Chicken in Hanover! We're seeking dependable and hardworking Kitchen Crew Members who take pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll help prepare ingredients, cook menu items, maintain food quality, and ensure the kitchen operates efficiently. At BIRDCODE, we believe in cross-training; while your primary focus will be in the kitchen, you'll also gain valuable experience in Front of House responsibilities, fostering a versatile and strong hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to BIRDCODE standards.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Prep ingredients and stock stations for efficient kitchen operations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures diligently.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Learn Front of House responsibilities through cross-training.
• Support teammates during busy shifts to ensure seamless service.
• Help maintain a positive, team-first culture in the workplace.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Dependable and eager to learn all aspects of the restaurant.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Able to follow recipes and standard operating procedures.
• Willing to learn every position in the restaurant.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule
Full-time availability, including weekends.
