Position Summary
The EHS Manager manages the Walpole MA facility's environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe work environment. This includes developing and implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, providing employee training, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. A successful EHS Manager will lead Environmental, Health, and Safety aspects to create and sustain a LEAN, Safety-driven culture for the organization. The EHS Manager will manage safety culture through leadership alignment, employee engagement, continuous improvement, and the achievement of set KPIs to reduce risk and create a team-owned, safe working environment.
