You'll work with toddlers (ages 2–3) in early intervention, providing play-based ABA services in either our center-based program or home-based setting.Currently, we are looking to provide services for young children in the following Bronx zip codes: 10451, 10453, 10454, 10456, 10457, 10458, 10460, 10461, 10462, 10463, 10470, 10471, 10472, 10475, 10469, 10468, 10464, 10466, 10467
Required Qualifications:
- Birth–Grade 2 Certification or LMSW
- Passion for working with young children
- Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care
- Willingness to learn and follow clinical guidance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field
- Previous ABA experience (not required—we provide comprehensive training)
What You'll Do:
- Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
- Provide 1:1 therapy or support structured small-group sessions
- Collect and record data accurately
- Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs
- Help children build meaningful communication, social, and developmental skills
