Review and understand confirmation sheets and contracts.
Greet parents and party participants; introduce yourself and explain timelines.
Communicate clearly with parents about table time, height requirements, purchase minimums, package details, open tabs, and seating arrangements.
Maintain general knowledge of park operations, safety guidelines, and menu items.
Promote upsell options in a friendly, informative manner without being pushy.
Follow the 7 Service Sequence Guide and anticipate guest needs.
Ensure drinks and food are served promptly, prioritizing the birthday child.
Understand pizza charts, allergens, and available alternatives.
Entertain guests appropriately based on age and party type.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the event; clear tables and restock supplies.
Communicate guest concerns to team leaders or managers promptly.
Prepare and serve cake; lead birthday song and assist with gift organization.
Facilitate wristband distribution and explain benefits.
Review receipts with parents, process payments, and verify IDs when necessary.
Reset tables quickly for upcoming parties and maintain a guest-ready environment.
Assist with general server duties and dishwashing during downtime.
Stay informed on weekly specials and Pinz packages.
Maintain a courteous, cooperative, and professional atmosphere for guests and staff.
