This position involves working with guest services, food and beverage departments and management. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Interacting and assisting guests as needed Assist with parties from set up to take down Stock, maintain, and clean the birthday rooms as necessary throughout parties Able to multi task Sports training programs, clinics, and camps Sports performance training Youth and adult leagues, tournaments, and events Fun, affordable, family entertainment and food & beverage Birthday PartiesFun Personality Work well with children Facility rental for corporate meetings and social gathering events MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must be able to lift 30 pounds waist high May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and Flexible work schedule (e.g., weeknights, weekends, holidays and long hours) and regular attendance necessaryExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Must have excellent guest service skills Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills Must be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders and fellow Team Members Must work well with others Must take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and venue Commitment to the safety and well-being of others Reliable Transportation WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS squat, stoop or bend Facility has intermittent noise PREFERRED Flexible working schedule - some daytime shifts will be required Must be available to work weeknights, weekends and holiday Between the ages of 17 and 24 years old
