BISCUIT MAKER

Job summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PT or FT Biscuit Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking biscuits according to established recipes and guidelines. As a PT Biscuit Maker, you will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality products to our customers while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and mix biscuit dough according to established recipes and guidelines.
• Roll out dough and cut biscuits into various shapes and sizes.
• Bake biscuits in ovens and monitor the cooking process to ensure proper texture and color.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment by adhering to food safety regulations and proper cleaning procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a baking or culinary role is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent temperature changes.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
