We are looking for individuals with strong mechanical and carpentry skills that possess a strong attention to detail. You will be primarily providing installation of stairlifts both inside and outside of the home.
Requirements
• Prefer 1 year of carpentry and construction skills, including electrical skills, the ability to add or move outlets. • A box truck, cargo van, full-size pickup, or full-size SUV with a trailer. • Current or ability to obtain general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance or exemption, depending on the state, we can assist. • Must be willing to travel, including required overnight stays from Monday to Friday, both in-state and out-of-state. • Must have all necessary tools for the job, including: • Box wrenches • Allen wrenches • 12" Miter Saw • Nut Driver Set • Drill Driver Extension
Whats in it for me?
This is a 1099 contractors position. Stairlift installation compensation averages around $250-$350 and requires between 2-4 hours to install. Can be slightly more or less depending on the job. Occasionally, we will install curved stairlifts with an average compensation around $600, requiring about 4-6 hours to install.
