Earn $17.35 to $18.50 an hour as a full-time Bistro Associate at Bristol Glen, a UMC continuing care community in Newton. Work five days a week with every other weekend off, and get to know the residents you serve by name.

What You'll Do

• Serve food and drinks at the bistro counter and coffee bar, keeping everything stocked and the space clean
• Prepare simple items using standard kitchen tools: weighing, mixing, cutting, and seasoning
• Handle cash and card transactions, balance the drawer, and prepare the daily deposit
• Track inventory, rotate stock, and flag supplies that need reordering
• Follow food safety and temperature guidelines for storing and serving food

What You'll Need
Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Able to receive a flu vaccine, with medical and religious exemptions available

Preferred:

• 1 year of food service or cooking experience

• $17.35 to $18.50 per hour, based on experience

Schedule
