Bistro Attendant - Courtyard by Marriott Mount Pleasant

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and quality restaurant/bar services. Morning and Evening shifts available.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Promote and ensure guest satisfaction

Money handling/accounting

Basic cleaning duties to maintain bistro and kitchen area

PM service includes tending bar, mixing drinks, and guest service Promote and ensure guest satisfaction

Prepare and present food to guests’ expectations

Safe food handling

Hotel experience is a plus

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This position requires variable hours based on the needs of the hotel including nights and weekends.
