In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast items, ensuring that our high standards of quality and presentation are met. You will also maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to standardized recipes.
Ensure food is presented nicely and served at the appropriate temperatures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking areas.
Follow all safety and health regulations.
Assist with inventory management and food storage procedures.
Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service.
Shifts: 5:30AM- 11:00AM Weekdays and Weekends.
Requirements:
Previous cooking experience preferred, particularly in a hotel or restaurant setting but not required.
Ability to work mornings and weekends as needed.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
