Key Requirements:- Previous verifiable cooking experience required (hotel or restaurant experience a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prepare and cook menu items according to hotel and bistro standards
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization as needed
Shifts:- Day shift only, starting at 3-4:30 AM and typically ending between 12:00–2:30 PM
- Weekly rotating schedule to ensure fair distribution of days off
- Weekends, overtime, and holiday work as needed
