This part-time position combines food service, bartending, and light food preparation.If you enjoy working with people, take initiative, and keep things running smoothly, we'd like to meet you.What You'll DoWelcome guests, answer menu questions, and take food and beverage orders.Serve beer, wine, and specialty drinks according to hotel recipes and service standards.Prepare and plate simple menu items with attention to quality, portions, and presentation.Process payments and handle cash accurately.Keep the Bistro, bar, dining area, and food preparation spaces clean, organized, and stocked.Complete opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and restocking.Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures.What You'll BringA welcoming personality and attentive guest service.Reliable attendance and the initiative to handle tasks without constant direction.The ability to manage several orders and stay organized during busy periods.Previous serving, bartending, café, or food preparation experience is preferred.Availability for part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
