Bitcoin Mining Facility Manager

The individual in this role will take charge of the day-to-day management of a state-of-the-art cryptocurrency mining operation, ensuring that the facility functions at maximum efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include directing and guiding a team of technicians, orchestrating daily schedules, and promoting a culture focused on high performance and adaptability. This position requires conducting regular team meetings, performance assessments, and providing continuous technical training to staff members. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining mining hardware, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies to ensure optimal uptime and productivity. Additionally, this role involves managing the use of mining platforms for configuration and performance monitoring, maintaining seamless software and hardware integration, and enabling robust security measures. Other tasks include managing overall operations, overseeing system checks, environmental monitoring, and ensuring team compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
