Process Assessment & Design
- Build and optimize processes supporting both business operations and IT solutions.
- Conduct end-to-end process mapping across upstream and downstream functions, including areas where influence exists but direct control may not.
- Develop current-state and future-state process maps with detailed gap analyses.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Create and maintain value stream maps illustrating demand, workflow, constraints, and delivery challenges.
- Drive initiatives to reduce turnaround time (TAT) and improve throughput across the value stream.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize interconnected processes.
- Define and implement operational metrics and KPIs.
- Establish quality controls and governance mechanisms.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate root cause analysis sessions using both quantitative metrics and qualitative stakeholder feedback.
- Lead and oversee a portfolio of process improvement initiatives.
- Manage implementation of corrective actions and sustainable process changes.
- Partner with business and technology teams to ensure successful adoption.
- Train teams on newly established processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Drive initiatives independently with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Influence stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
- Provide proactive leadership and challenge the status quo to drive operational excellence.
Process Improvement Expertise
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
- Value Stream Mapping.
- Process Mapping (Current State/Future State).
- Gap Analysis.
- Continuous Improvement.
- Root Cause Analysis.
- Quality Management.
- KPI and Metrics Development.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Change Management experience.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Cross-functional facilitation and workshop leadership.
- Process training and knowledge transfer.
- Self-starter who operates autonomously.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable challenging existing processes and driving change.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Master Black Belt certification.
- Experience improving both business and IT operational processes.
- Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
