  • Must hold a relevant and unexpired low pressure Black Seal license as the designation for a boiler operator, as defined under NJ Admin Code §12:90-8.3(b)

Reports To: Various Principals and B&G Manager

Job Goal: Oversee activities in a building while occupied.

Performance Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a log book and review boilers every two hours.

Rate: $600 annual
