Blanchard Machine Operators (MP#337633)

We are currently hiring an experienced Blanchard Operator for a precision manufacturing company in Addison, IL. 

The ideal candidate will have previous Blanchard Grinding experience and be comfortable reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Available Start Times:
  • 4:00 AM–12:30 PM
  • 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
  • 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
  • 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Blanchard grinding machines
• Determine machine setup based on job prints
• Adjust machine settings, feeds, and speeds
• Load and feed materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and technical drawings
• Measure parts using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and gauges
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Identify and report defective or non-conforming parts
• Complete production and shop-floor paperwork
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
• Participate in production meetings as needed
