Be able to troubleshoot and resolve minor press alarms.
Crane Operator certification
Forklift Operator certification
Perform PM’s and Process Checks on stamped parts using fixed and variable gaging.
Perform 5S in assigned work areas.
Operate overhead crane.
Receive and unload coils and complete receiving documentation.
Identify and report part quality concerns to die maintenance and management.
Perform Die and coil line change overs:
Qualified candidates for this Associate level position should be customer focused, have good organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, have good communication (written and verbal) interpersonal skills, and be able to solve any problems that arise in a timely and consistent manner. In addition, candidates must be able to multi-task, work independently, and take initiative.
