Our client, a leader in steel fabrication and counterweights, is expanding its operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced industrial environment where safety and teamwork come first. Youll be moving steel plates through the blast line, operating vibrating tables, and monitoring machines for defects or malfunctions. Make simple adjustments when needed and follow safety protocols to keep the work area clean and organized.

Hours: 3rd Shift, 10:30 PM 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday
Pay: $16.00 per hour, weekly pay
Key Responsibilities
Move steel plates through the blast line and operate vibrating tables as assigned
Monitor machine and robot operation to detect defects or malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary
Follow verbal instructions from supervisors
Keep the work area clean and orderly in accordance with safety regulations
Report any abnormal conditions of equipment to supervision
Maintain situational awareness around moving machinery and coworkers
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Ohio Drivers License
Strong mathematical skills and hand-eye coordination
Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn company processes
Ability to follow detailed instructions from supervision
Nice to Have Skills
Forklift experience
Welding skills
Heavy industrial work experience
Knowledge of steel fabrication processes
Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED
Other Requirements
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
Tolerance for working in varying temperatures
Ability to respond quickly to sounds and potential hazards
Proper use of personal protective equipment at all times
