Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused Blast Line to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is eager to learn, and wants to build a career in industrial manufacturing.
As a Blast Line, you will move steel plates through the blast line, monitor automated machinery and robotic systems, and help maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the blast line and move steel plates through the blasting process.

• Run and monitor the vibrating table and related equipment.

• Observe machinery and robotic systems to identify defects or equipment malfunctions.

• Make basic machine adjustments as needed to maintain production quality.

• Follow verbal instructions from supervisors and team leads.

• Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance.

• Report equipment issues or abnormal operating conditions promptly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

 
Qualifications

• Reliable with a strong work ethic and attendance record.

• Willing to learn new skills and manufacturing processes.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Safety-minded with a commitment to following workplace procedures.

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds as needed.

• Ability to perform repetitive physical work throughout an 8-hour shift.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.

• Ability to respond quickly to sounds and changing work conditions.

• Ability to recognize workplace hazards and safely operate around industrial equipment.

• Ability to wear required PPE throughout the shift.
