Industrial Paint & Prep Specialist Weekly Pay + OT Advance Services is seeking a dependable Blaster/Painter for a full-time temporary assignment with potential for direct hire. This role involves prepping and painting industrial equipment using sandblasting and epoxy paint techniques.
Prep surfaces using sandblasting, sanding, and grinding tools
Apply primer and 2-part epoxy paint according to specifications
Operate overhead cranes to move materials
Cross-train in other production areas as needed
Maintain housekeeping standards (sweeping, trash disposal, chemical storage)
Follow all safety and environmental protocols
Work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Stand and work for extended periods, including weekends
Required Skills:
Punctuality and reliability
High attention to detail
Previous sandblasting experience (must be listed on resume)
Experience with 2-part epoxy paint (must be listed on resume)
Immediate availability for in-person interview and start
