    Industrial Painter / Blaster

    Houston, TX | 77021 & 77045

    Pay: $22.00–$25.00/hr DOE

    Night Shift Earns 10% More!

    If you have experience with abrasive blasting, industrial coatings, epoxy systems, or airless/HVLP spray equipment, we want to hear from you!

    What You'll Do

    • Prepare steel, piping, and fabricated materials for painting and coating

    • Perform abrasive blasting and surface preparation

    • Apply industrial coatings using airless, HVLP, pump, brush, or roller systems

    • Mix paints, primers, epoxies, urethanes, zinc coatings, and specialty finishes

    • Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality finishes

    • Perform touch-ups and repairs when necessary

    • Maintain spray equipment and blasting tools

    • Follow OSHA safety regulations and company procedures

    • Keep your work area clean and organized (5S standards)

    • Assist with bead blasting and other production duties as needed

    What We're Looking For

    2–5 years of industrial painting or blasting experience

    Experience with:

    • Industrial spray painting

    • Abrasive blasting

    • Surface preparation

    • Epoxy, urethane, and zinc coatings

    • HVLP, airless, or pump spray systems

    Ability to read and understand work instructions in English

    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    Safety-first attitude

    Preferred Experience

    • Industrial Painting or Blasting Certification

    • Manufacturing or fabrication experience

    • Mechanical aptitude

    • Lean Manufacturing knowledge

    • Ability to troubleshoot paint equipment

    Physical Requirements

    • Lift up to 70 lbs

    • Stand and work up to 11-hour shifts (with scheduled breaks)

    • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures

    • Steel-toe boots and safety glasses are required
