Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Blender workers for a food production company in St. Peter, MN. What You’ll Do as a Blender:- Accurately weigh and blend raw ingredients per production formulas
- Lift and dump ingredient bags (up to 55 lbs.) into mixers and super sacs
- Operate mixers, forklifts, and related equipment
- Assist with changeovers and basic maintenance
- Label, stage, organize, and clean containers and blending equipment
- Follow all GMP, food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Document lot numbers and ingredient usage accurately
- Communicate issues to the Blend Room Lead or Supervisor
What You Need to Bring to the Blender Role:- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 lbs. repeatedly
- Comfortable working in a production environment with dusty ingredients and routine noise
- Basic math skills for measurements and formulas
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Prior food manufacturing experience is a plus #WEjobhunt
