BLENDER OPERATOR

KENT Worldwide is proud to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Consumer Brands division as a Blender Operator. In this vital role, youll be responsible for executing mixing operations in the blending room, adhering to the daily blend schedule, and meeting production goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure product consistency and support efficient manufacturing processes across our facility.

The compensation range for this role is $18 to $20 an hour, in addition to KENT standard benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k). Final compensation is subject to variation based on the candidates skills, job responsibilities, location and other pertinent factors.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reads schedule/work order sheets (formulas) and confirms raw material ingredients and lot numbers of all raw materials
• Inspects the quality and integrity of all raw materials used. Stops all production if there are issues regarding material quality.
• Reads and understands formulas and mixing instructions and follows sequence, screening and mix time requirements
• Measures/weighs raw materials and counts accurately
• Safely cleans and sanitizes blending equipment following defined procedures for cleaning and sanitizing
• Maintains neat and accurate daily production records
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work area
• Safely stacks bags on pallet
• Ensures blending rooms are kept clean and organized

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds including above head and below the waist for 50% or more of shift.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
