Blender Technician

Blender Technician – 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift (must be flexible with start/end times as production needs change). Occasional Saturdays may be required.
Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor food processing equipment, including pasteurization and blending systems.
• Add ingredients according to production formulas and monitor mixing processes.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Perform routine quality checks using testing and measuring equipment.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Work closely with team members to ensure materials are available for production.
• Maintain ingredient inventory and replenish materials as needed.
• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment when required.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, food processing, quality control, or a related environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials as needed.
