Responsibilities:
Perform blood bank and transfusion service testing procedures
Conduct blood typing, antibody screening, crossmatching, and compatibility testing
Prepare and issue blood products safely and accurately
Maintain quality control and regulatory compliance standards
Troubleshoot instrumentation and resolve testing discrepancies
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and laboratory teams to support patient care
