Blood Bank Supervisor – Boise, Idaho
We are seeking an experienced Blood Bank Supervisor to lead daily operations of a busy transfusion services department in Boise, Idaho. This role is responsible for supervising laboratory staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining quality assurance programs, overseeing blood product inventory, and supporting safe, timely patient care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- MLS(ASCP) certification or equivalent
- Blood Bank experience required
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of AABB, CAP, and regulatory requirements
