Raybrex Dental Recruiting is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our client in Bloomington, Indiana. This dentist owner is looking to transition out in 2027.

This is a FFS/PPO 5 operatory practice. Equipped with Digital X rays, Intra Oral cameras, Panoramic Xray.

$ 800.00- $ 1,000.00 daily guarantee with quarterly bonus based on production. 

As an Associate Dentist, you will work alongside a team of experienced and dedicated dental professionals to provide high-quality dental care to our patients. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and build your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine dental procedures such as exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions

- Diagnose and treat oral health issues and develop treatment plans for patients

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care techniques

- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited university

- Current state dental license and malpractice insurance

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and treatments

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

Contract Details:
