Day-in-the-life snapshot

• Morning: review KPIs, walk the floor, and prioritize actions that reduce downtime
• Midday: lead troubleshooting across blow molding and injection molding; coach technicians
• Afternoon: meet cross-functionally to align production plans with product and customer needs
• Late day: refine the technical roadmap to expand capability, scalability, and reliability

What you bring

• 5+ years in plastics manufacturing across blow molding and injection molding
• 2+ years of leadership over technical teams
• Expertise in tooling, mold repair, and machine maintenance
• Hands-on with Aoki, Uniloy, and Sumitomo equipment
• Track record of continuous improvement and change management
• Clear communication that connects technical choices to business outcomes

Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field (preferred)
