We are seeking an experienced Blow Mold Supervisor to lead molding operations at our Leominster facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving ensure production flows and quality standards are being met.

Job Details
Lead, coach, and develop production employees within the blow molding department
Drive daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are achieved
Monitor blow molding equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime
Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards for product quality and customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency
Analyze production metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Partner with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to optimize manufacturing performance
Maintain compliance with all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company procedures
Conduct employee training, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence
Support lean manufacturing initiatives focused on waste reduction, process improvement, and cost savings
Assist with staffing, scheduling, workforce planning, and employee engagement activities
What We're Looking For
3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
Previous experience in blow molding, plastics manufacturing, injection molding, extrusion, packaging, or related production operations strongly preferred
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and production scheduling
Experience leading teams and driving employee performance
Proven ability to troubleshoot production challenges and improve operational efficiency
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis methodologies
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems
