A Day in This Role
You’ll step onto the production floor ready to launch and oversee sophisticated plastics equipment. You confirm machine set points, bring lines online, and keep watch over performance—cleaning filters, making minor adjustments, and ensuring everything runs to spec. Throughout your shift, you’ll sample and inspect parts, fine-tune the process when issues arise, and document what you did and why. When maintenance wraps up, you’ll restart the line, verify materials and labels by part number, and close out the run with accurate production and quality records.
