Your Impact

• Run and adjust a designated production line to meet daily goals and product specs
• Execute smooth shift handoffs—review performance with the prior operator and align on targets
• Perform and document container quality checks; record issues and settings changes
• Keep materials stocked and your equipment/area clean and debris-free
• Practice safe work habits, follow all policies, and wear PPE properly
• Support building/equipment cleaning as directed by your Supervisor
• Follow plant job specifications and task lists
• Work assigned shifts, overtime, and attend after-hours meetings as needed
• Assist with other tasks as requested

Food Safety—Every Run, Every Container

• Verify inbound/outbound products align with food safety and quality standards
• Comply with all company food safety and quality procedures; document accurately
• Restore sanitary condition to all product-contact surfaces after any job
• Report any product or process failures that could impact food safety of manufactured product to Quality and/or Line/Maintenance Supervision.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years’ related experience/training preferred; plastics/packaging experience a plus
• Comfort with computer operating systems

Physical Demands

• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Close vision required for inspections
