3 year's hands-on experience in blown film extrusion (multilayer preferred)
Strong technical ability for process troubleshooting
Eagerness for continuous learning
Comfortable with hands-on leadership and developing others
Computer literacy including Microsoft Applications - knowledge of SAP a plus
Self-leadership and time management
Focus to safety as a priority
2-year college degree preferred
