️ What You’ll Do: • Deliver signature Blo blowouts and styling services • Provide exceptional consultations and personalized finishes • Recommend retail + add-ons that enhance the guest experience • Create a “pink carpet” experience for every client • Work efficiently while maintaining quality (45-min blowout standard)
