We are seeking a Senior Blue Yonder Consultant with strong hands-on experience in JDA/Blue Yonder SCPO or Cognitive IBP. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning and experience leading end-to-end implementations across demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP/IBP processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Blue Yonder SCPO/Cognitive IBP implementations.Conduct discovery sessions and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.Configure Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Planning, Scheduling, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP/IBP.Define planning calendars, hierarchies, measures, workflows, and integration touchpoints.Design planning models, control parameters, and scenario simulations.Lead solution validation, UAT, go-live, cutover, and hypercare activities.Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams to define and improve planning processes.Conduct workshops, design sessions, and executive reviews.Coordinate with data, integration, and technical teams on data loads, interfaces, and automation.Provide strategic recommendations for process harmonization, supply chain maturity, and roadmap development.Lead and collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.Required Qualifications10–15 years of overall IT/functional experience.8+ years of hands-on experience with JDA/Blue Yonder Advanced Supply Chain Planning (SCPO) – Mandatory.Strong experience with Blue Yonder SCPO / Cognitive IBP.Certification in JDA SCPO or strong equivalent platform experience preferred.Experience leading 1–2 full lifecycle supply chain planning implementations.Strong knowledge of forecasting, constrained planning, allocation, deployment, KPIs, and planning analytics.Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder planning engines, data models, batch jobs, and planning workflows.Experience with planning model design, control parameters, and scenario simulations.Strong analytical, data mining, and large-volume data processing skills.Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.Experience leading project teams in client-facing environments.Experience across industries such as Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.Professional AttributesExcellent communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working in global and multicultural delivery environments.Ability to explain complex technical and mathematical concepts to non-technical audiences.
