Job Title: Blue Yonder Consultant (SCPO Experience Mandatory)
Location: Marysville, OH or Redmond, WA (Onsite)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder Consultant with mandatory SCPO expertise to lead end-to-end Supply Chain Planning implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Blue Yonder/JDA SCPO or Cognitive IBP, supply chain planning processes, solution design, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder SCPO/Cognitive IBP solutions.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to gather business requirements and define solution designs.
  • Configure planning modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP/IBP.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable planning solutions and workflows.
  • Support solution validation, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
  • Collaborate with business, integration, data, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Conduct workshops, design sessions, and executive presentations.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize supply chain planning processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10–15 years of overall IT experience with 8+ years implementing Blue Yonder/JDA SCPO or Cognitive IBP solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with full lifecycle Supply Chain Planning implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Forecasting, S&OP, and Planning Analytics.
  • Experience with Blue Yonder data models, planning engines, workflows, integrations, and configuration.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Retail, Client, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Blue Yonder/JDA SCPO or Cognitive IBP certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
