Position: Blue Yonder Demand Planning Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+Months
Tax Term: W2 Only
 
Strong techno-functional expertise in BY Demand/D360 administration and configuration.
 
 
Role Summary
  • Support and enhance Blue Yonder Demand Planning application.
  • Responsible for production support, incident resolution, monitoring, and enhancements to ensure system stability and business continuity.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support for Blue Yonder Demand (D360).
  • Monitor and resolve production incidents, defects, and service requests.
  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly batch jobs, integrations, demand publish processes, and data validation.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution with Blue Yonder and internal IT teams.
  • Configuration systems changes and enhancements.
  • Support testing, UAT, deployments, and documentation.
 
Required Skills
  • 8–10 years of experience with Blue Yonder Demand (JDA Demand).
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL and Unix/Linux troubleshooting.
  • Experience with integrations, batch processes, and production support
