Blueprint-Driven Flux Core Welding Technician

At Regal Staffing Services, we’re placing a detail-focused welding technician in South Fort Worth who thrives on transforming customer drawings into finished, production-ready parts. If fit-up, FCAW, and clean finishing are your strengths, this role puts them to work.

Your impact

• Own the workflow: weld preparation, flux-core welding, and final weld finishing
• Partner with operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other instructions
• Apply blueprint interpretation and weld symbol knowledge to every joint
• Execute fabrication and grinding to meet dimensional and cosmetic standards
• Verify dimensions using tape measures and calipers

Must-have experience

• Minimum 6 months of flux core welding with fit-up within the last two years
• Ability to pass a 1G Flux Core weld test and interview
• Reliability to work OT and rotating Saturdays when required

Tools and proficiency

• Machines & technologies you'll use: Flux-Cored Arc Welder
• You should be proficient in: Welding Setups for Production

Pay

Pay Rate:$21.00/HR

Higher pay may be considered based on experience, weld test, and interview.
