Additional compensation from sales tipout of 1% of food sales paid out in addition to hourly rate.Duties & Responsibilities:Assist servers and bartenders with delivering food to guests rapidly and accuratelyAssist servers and bartenders with any kitchen requests for food itemsClearly and effectively communicate food orders to chefs, while paying attention to priorities, special requests, and food allergies/dietary restrictionsEnsure food is served in accordance with safety and restaurant standardsStock essential items needed to perform tasks before and after shiftProvide exceptional customer service while attending to guestsRemove necessary plates and glasses from bar or tables during a guest's experienceProvide silverware and condiments as needed or requestedKeep station(s) clean and organized during your shiftSupport and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaintsEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standardsRequirements •No previous restaurant experience or training required. On the job training will be provided.
