Job Description
Duration: 6+ months
Compensation: $60-75hr
Location: 100% REMOTE
Requirements:- 10+ years of BMC Remedy/Helix development experience
- Strong experience with BMC Helix ITSM, Innovation Studio/Innovation Suite, and Remedy AR System
- Hands-on experience with BMC Helix application migrations, ideally migrating legacy applications to Innovation Studio
- Experience developing workflows using Active Links, Filters, Escalations, and business rules
- Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services
- Experience with ITSM modules, CMDB, and ITIL processes
- Previous Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications within the BMC Helix platform
- Build and customize ITSM workflows, forms, business rules, approvals, notifications, and automation
- Migrate existing applications to BMC Innovation Studio while maintaining current functionality
- Develop integrations between Helix and external enterprise systems using APIs and web services
- Configure and support CMDB, asset management, reconciliation, and data integrity processes
