Job Description

Key Skills Typically Expected Strong expertise in:
  •  BMC Helix ITSM / Innovation Suite / Remedy
  •  BMC Helix migrations
  •  Workflow development (Active Links, Filters, Escalations)
  •  APIs & integrations (REST/SOAP)
  •  10+ yrs of Helix development experience
  •  Understanding of ITIL service management processes
  •  Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
$65 /hr on 1099 or C2C.W2 option is also available  
Compensation: $65.00 per hour
