Develop BAS/BMS submittals including drawings, sequences of operation, and bills of material

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor"s degree in Engineering, Math, or Physics
Minimum 4 years of HVAC/controls or building automation experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with DDC programming and third-party system integration (BACnet/Modbus)
Familiarity with WebCTRL, construction processes, or energy analytics tools
