The Business Development Center (BDC) plays a vital role in connecting our clients with our service teams. You'll work closely with customers and Service Advisors while gaining valuable insight into the automotive industry and opportunities for career growth.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers through phone calls, email, chat, text messaging, and in-person interactions.
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments.
  • Contact customers regarding service reminders, recalls, maintenance recommendations, and appointment opportunities.
  • Answer customer questions and help connect them with the appropriate dealership resources.
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage multiple customer conversations and tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Help create a positive, professional experience for every client.
