Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm | Rotating Saturdays
Pay: up to $45 per flag hour (DOE and certifications)

Our team at Chapman BMW on Camelback in Phoenix is looking for an experienced BMW Certified Technician to join our Service Department. In this role, you’ll perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and complex repairs on BMW vehicles while delivering the high-quality workmanship and exceptional service our customers expect.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, maintain, and repair BMW systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C
• Perform detailed vehicle inspections and communicate recommended repairs to Service Advisors
• Accurately document inspection findings, repair recommendations, and completed work
• Complete repairs according to repair orders and dealership standards
• Perform warranty repairs in compliance with BMW manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BMW Technician experience required
• Certifications required
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
